Lagos ex-landlord Shodipo Gbolahan Gboroye frauds his tenant(s). He sold his property on 126 Pipeline road, ijegun within alimosho local government of lagos state to an hausa man. After receiving payment from the hausa buyer around October, he then threatened his tenant, Mr Oluremi, to pay another year upfront at 1st of November 2022 so that he can have additional money apart from the money he sold his house, and careless about whatever state he would put his tenant(S) and the new buyer. The new buyer took charge of the property at December, and asked Mr Oluremi with other shop tenants to leave the space at a very short time, which would expire by monday 9th of January 2023. Mr Oluremi called and message his former landlord, Mr Shodipe Golahan to refund back his money since he has sold his house, but he has been refusing to pick his calls and responding to his several messages. According to report, Mr Gbolahan has also been a credit card scammer, demanding from younger people at his former area ijegun, to get their friend’s credit cards information, and he would pay them some certain percentage from whatever he wipes from people’s account, and that his what he has been living on for many years, claiming that he his into real estate without company. Currently, he his at-large and has not redunded back Mr Oluremi his one year rent. Mr Oluremi has urged people not to fall for his fraudulent act,when they see him, and to be sure that whatever business brings them closer to him, be properly investigated before putting in their money.
